How you sign up to receive text messages from us

There are exactly two ways to give us permission to text you, and both of them require you to take the first step:

Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can hire us, pay us, and work with us without ever giving us your phone number. We never add anyone to our text messaging list without that person's permission, and we never buy or import phone numbers from any outside list.

Please note that the contact form on our home page asks for your name, your email address, and your message only. It does not ask for a phone number and it is not a sign up for text messages.

What kinds of text messages we send

Once you have given us permission, you may receive messages of these kinds:

How often we send messages

Message frequency varies. We only send a message when there is a real reason to send one, such as a reply to your question or an update on your project.

What a message from us looks like

Twenty2Grind: Hi Maria, this is a reminder about your website consultation tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

The costs, and how to stop the messages

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

Reply HELP for help, or email support@twenty2grind.com.

When you reply STOP, we send you one final message confirming that you have been removed, and then we stop texting you. If you change your mind later, you can sign up again using either of the two ways described above.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we protect your phone number

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use your phone number only to send you the kinds of messages described on this page. The only companies that ever handle your number are the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf, and they are not permitted to use it for anything else.
