This policy explains what information Twenty2Grind collects when you visit twenty2grind.com or contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Twenty2Grind is a digital marketing agency located at 9849 Flower St C, Bellflower, CA 90706.
What we collect
- Your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message when you use our contact form.
- Your phone number, but only if you give it to us yourself in the chat window or by texting us first.
- Basic information about your visit, such as which pages you opened and roughly where in the world you are, which is collected automatically by our hosting provider.
We do not ask for and we do not want your Social Security number, your bank account details, or your payment card numbers through this website.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you when you ask us a question.
- To do the work you hired us to do and keep you updated on it.
- To send you invoices and account notices.
- To keep the website working and to see which pages people actually use.
How we handle your phone number and text messages
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who else sees your information
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it. A small number of service providers handle it on our behalf so that the website and our messages work at all, such as our website host and our messaging provider. They may only use it to provide that service to us.

We keep inquiries and project records for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterward, so that we can answer questions about past work and meet our tax and legal obligations. When we no longer need your information, we delete it.
