Terms of service
Last updated September 3, 2026.
Agreeing to these terms
By using twenty2grind.com or hiring Twenty2Grind for any service, you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services.
What we do
Twenty2Grind builds websites and creates and manages advertising and content for businesses. The exact work, the price, and the timeline for your project are agreed in writing before we start, and that written agreement comes first if anything on this page conflicts with it.
Quotes, payment, and refunds
- Prices are quoted for each project and are confirmed in writing before work begins.
- Website work is billed as a one time project fee. Ongoing advertising management is billed monthly in advance.
- Monthly services can be cancelled at the end of any billing month. There is no long term contract.
- Money you spend on the advertising platforms themselves is separate from our fee and is paid directly to Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
- Work already completed is not refundable, because it cannot be returned.
What you are responsible for
- Giving us the text, logos, photos, and access we need to do the work.
- Making sure you have the right to use anything you send us.
- Reviewing and approving work when we send it to you, so the project can keep moving.
- Making sure your business follows the laws and platform rules that apply to it.
Who owns the work
Once your project is paid in full, the finished website and the finished creative work are yours. We keep ownership of any internal tools, templates, or code libraries we used to build it, and we may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
What we cannot promise
Advertising results depend on your product, your prices, your market, and the platforms themselves, none of which we control. We work to get you the best result we can, but we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, followers, or a specific position in search results.
Services we do not control
Our work relies on outside services such as website hosting, domain registrars, and the advertising platforms. If one of those services goes down, changes its rules, or closes an account, we will help you deal with it, but we are not responsible for their decisions.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Twenty2Grind is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim is about.
Ending the agreement
Either of us may end an ongoing monthly service by giving notice before the next billing date. You remain responsible for any work already done and any fees already due. Your website stays yours.
Text messages and privacy
Our text messaging terms explain how text messaging works, and our privacy policy explains what we do with your information.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
